About Rick Kaselj
Rick Kaselj MS, BSc is the founder and CEO of Exercises For Injuries. Rick graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and has a Master of Exercise Science from the University of California, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance and the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. Rick's passion for overcoming injuries through the use of movement began in 10th grade, after sustaining an ankle injury while playing basketball. In an attempt to heal as quickly as possible, he sought out the most effective techniques and exercises that he could find for a safe and efficient recovery. His success led to a deep and enduring interest that inspired him to continue his education in Kinesiology.
